Terms & Conditions: Frequently Asked Questions

Minor breaches may trigger a warning and temporary account suspension. Serious violations—like sharing your login or colluding with other players—result in permanent closure. We always notify you and explain the reason.

We can update terms, but only with 14 days' notice to all active accounts. You'll see the changes in your dashboard and via email. If you disagree, you can close your account penalty-free within that window.

Your funds remain in segregated bank accounts in your name. If surgawin closes, your balance is returned to your payment method within 30 days by court order.

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a supported region in Indonesia. We verify age during signup using your national ID and cross-check with government databases.

No daily withdrawal limit. Withdrawals via QRIS, DANA, OVO and GoPay process within 2 hours. Very large sums may require extra verification, but we complete this within 24 hours.

All game outcomes are final once the round closes. If you believe technical error occurred, submit a dispute within 7 days with game ID and screenshots. We investigate and respond within 48 hours.

We retain it for 6 years to comply with Indonesian tax and anti-money-laundering law. After that, we delete it unless you request earlier deletion under GDPR equivalent rights.
